Refund policy
DOMESTIC RETURNS: We will happily accept returns within 14 days of when your order was received. Proof of purchase is required. Items must be unworn, and must have original tags and packaging. We charge a 4% shipping and restocking fee for returns. To start your return, please access your customer account here. Once you log in, you can find your order and seamlessly start your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGES: Changed your mind? We offer complimentary exchanges for a new bag of your choice. Proof of purchase is required. Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges. Please email hello@wearepoolside.com and our customer service team will respond to you in 1-2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For international returns, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping their return back to the POOLSIDE warehouse. Once we receive your item back at our warehouse, we will issue your refund. A 4% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. To start your return, please access your customer account here. INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES: For international orders, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. However, the customer is responsible for shipping their original item back to the POOLSIDE warehouse as well as all associated costs. In addition, the customer is responsible for flat rate shipping costs on the new order that will be sent out to them for the replacement item. On international exchanges, we charge a 4% restocking and operational fee on the original item. FINAL SALE: Sale items, preorders, custom bags, gift cards, and brand collaborations are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Beauty products, including our perfume and body oil are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
GIFT RETURNS: To make a gift return, please email us hello@wearepoolside.com and our customer service team will respond to you in 1-2 business days. Gifts are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
