We offer free shipping within the domestic USA, and discounted flat rate shipping globally.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship daily via UPS ground. If you require expedited shipping on your order, please email us hello@wearepoolside.com and we will do our best to expedite your order.
DOMESTIC RETURNS: We will happily accept returns within 14 days of when your order was received. Items shipped out after 14 days will not be eligible for a return. Items must be unworn, and must have original tags and packaging. We charge a 4% shipping and restocking fee for returns. To start your return, please access your customer account here. Once you log in, you can find your order and seamlessly start your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGES: Changed your mind? We offer complimentary exchanges for a new bag of your choice. Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges. To start an exchange, please email hello@wearepoolside.com and our customer service team will assist you with your request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxation on goods. The POOLSIDE website will calculate duties and taxation for individual countries, which will be visible to you at the time you place your order. If your item arrives in your country and you refuse to pay the duties and taxes to receive your product, your product will be abandoned and you will not receive your money back.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For international returns, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping their return back to the POOLSIDE warehouse. Once we receive your item back at our warehouse, we will issue your refund. A 4% shipping and restocking fee will be charged on all returns. CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are final sale. Please note lead times your custom item, which is listed on the product detail page and visible when you place your order. Please note that certain styles are customized overseas and from time to time we can encounter shipping or customs delays. Unfortunately, if this occurs, POOLSIDE cannot offer a refund, exchange, or return as these issues are our of our control. However, we will always work closely with our factory, shipper and US customs to ensure the fastest delivery possible. PREORDERS: Preorders are not eligible for returns or refunds of any kind. Preorders are considered a reservation and, by reserving your stye of choice, you are making this style unavailable for other customers at the time of purchase. We make each style in limited quantities and our bags sell out quickly. Therefore, we've created this preorder process as a way to ensure our customers are able to reserve the bag that they want. Please note that preorder bags are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
FINAL SALE: Sale items, preorders, custom bags, and brand collaborations are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Beauty products, including our perfume and body oil are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
GIFT RETURNS: To make a gift return, please email us hello@wearepoolside.com and our customer service team will respond to you in 1-2 business days. Gifts are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
